Center Management Structure and Members
The Center’s administrative and technical structure consists of an administrative board, an executive committee, and an advisory board. The executive committee is supervised by the Center’s director and the administrative board, and assumes the function of carrying out the Center’s activities. The administrative board is chaired by the Vice Rector for Knowledge Exchange and Technology Transfer. The Center’s director also assumes the function of secretary of the administrative board, which is in charge of overseeing the Center’s administrative and technical activities as well as determining the strategic and operational policies and plans amenable to the realization of its objectives. The executive committee assumes the task of supervising the Center. It is made up of the Center’s director and four members from among participating colleges. One of these four members is assigned the task of deputy director. The committee is chaired by the Center’s director, and is in charge of monitoring the research projects as well as carrying out the Center’s policies, plans, and programs after approval by the administrative board.
The advisory Board
The consultative board includes two distinguished scholars expert in the field of research center management who are assigned the task of center consultants according to:
1. Their distinguished scientific production in biotechnology.
2. Their distinguished scientific publication.
